Do You Suffer from Cancer, Chronic Pain, Severe Nausea or other Debilitating Symptoms? We can Help!
The primary mission of the Chicago Medical Marijuana Clinics (ILMJC) is to provide the certification necessary for qualified people to obtain medical marijuana under the State of Illinois medical marijuana laws. Along with the certification process, we offer factual medical marijuana information to allay apprehensions about the choice of medical marijuana as an alternative therapeutic treatment to pharmaceuticals. We staff our medical marijuana centers with experienced and compassionate doctors, medical staff, attorneys and other support personnel who assist people just like you with medical marijuana information in full compliance with the State of Illinois medical marijuana laws and the Compassionate Use of Medical Cannabis Pilot Program Act which may become law in 2013.
After receiving a physician’s review and approval, qualified patients receive a signed Physician Certification Form that allows them to apply for a Medical Marijuana Registry Identification Card by the Department of Public Health. After receiving their card, a patient may legally obtain medical marijuana without fear of violating State of Illinois marijuana laws. Many of our patients are understandably nervous about choosing medical marijuana as a treatment option, but our medical and legal teams provide support and information needed to make educated decisions about their any treatment options that the patient has chosen.
At Chicago Marijuana Clinics, it is our philosophy to offer a safe, confidential and compassionate experience for our patients seeking palliative benefits from the use of medical cannabis. Our medical marijuana clinic strictly adheres to all Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) guidelines that protect the privacy and health information of our patients. There will be wide range of conditions approved by the State of Illinois that allow an individual to qualify for a Illinois registry certification from a physician to obtain medical marijuana. Our medical marijuana information and certification clinics outline these conditions and ensures that each patient gets the information, support and care that they need and deserve for quality of life.
